   Ideal investor profile; instrument (convertible note, SAFE, equity), entry valuation and minimum ticket.

   Target list and outreach strategy

   List of investors with a matching thesis; relationship cadence and governance outlook.

   Fundraising (roadshow)

   Direct investor outreach (email, LinkedIn, warm intros from the DZB network), CRM pipeline management and prep for every meeting.
