Active fundraising through grants, angels and funds, end-to-end round management and angel capital with our own resources — with a model that only pays DZB when the round happens.
We set up the companies, structure the operation and manage the round with no entry costs. DZB is paid when fundraising begins — the founder focuses on growth, not on funding the structuring.
With a single intake of information, we run every step. You follow the progress and take part only when needed.
We advance the formation costs of the structures, in Brazil or abroad, and handle the documentation required for the round.
Bank account opening and remittances with partners: investors send, startups receive — without friction.
Strategic and operational support to attract investors, negotiate terms and secure capital — active fundraising, led by DZB from first contact to the closing of the round.
Access to the right sources of capital for each moment: grants and innovation programs, angel investors and venture capital funds — with assessment, strategy and preparation for each one.
DZB's own-capital investment in the first rounds of technology startups, in Brazil or abroad. We come in early, with a long-term view and real involvement in the journey.
Introduction of the startup, its stage and its fundraising goal.
Assessment of the business, its traction and its fit with our thesis.
Definition of the format: investment, round management or both.
Setup of the companies, accounts and documents — with no upfront cost.
Investor outreach, negotiation and closing of the raise.
We co-invest and connect founders to funds and networks across the ecosystem — and we are part of inovabra habitat, Bradesco's innovation ecosystem.
Round management is the active running of a startup's fundraising: defining the thesis and the amount, preparing materials, approaching investors, negotiating terms and closing — carried out by DZB Invest alongside the founder.
There is no upfront cost. DZB Invest sets up the structures, advances formation costs and manages the round; we are paid when fundraising begins.
DZB Invest invests its own capital in pre-seed and seed technology startups, in Brazil or through an offshore structure, and also co-invests alongside funds such as Latitud, ONEVC and SaaSholic.
It depends on the target investors. International funds generally require a Delaware holding company or a Cayman–Delaware–Brazil structure. If the fundraising thesis includes international capital, the structure should come before the roadshow.
Generally, months. The timeline depends on the startup's preparation, its stage and market appetite — the structuring and materials phase has the greatest influence on the total time.
Founders and co-investors: the conversation starts the same way.
